• 4.Nominee details ,i.e. Nominee Referance & Date , Name of Nominee & Relation , % of Nominee--- If any discribacy or want to change the Nominee, please intimate. .
• 5.Payment Details , Please confirm the details & inform if found wrong. 6) Medical Assistance / Prize awarded --- If this benefit is extended to you ,you will find all details , please verify. .
• 6.Financial Assistance ( Death Benefits) This page will display all details such as Name of Expired Member , Beneficiaries details ,payment details etc. .
